VESNA accepts returns as we understand that your purchase may not be suitable for You. To return an item(s) purchased on vesnacollections.com.au, please contact email@example.com call us on +61466254654. Be sure to include your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and reason why the item(s) didn't work out and we will happily assist You with an exchange or refund, provided the Products:
- are in saleable condition
- are in their original packaging with all tags, labels & hygienic protector still intact
- have not been worn, not altered, damaged and/or washed
- are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase including original invoice
- are returned up until 14 days from the date of purchase
Any items returned to VESNA without approval will be returned at the customer expense.
Product will be exchanged for other items You choose or refunded to the original card of purchase.
When returning anything toVESNA, You must send it back with valid tracking which can be monitored online. VESNA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Purchased item(s) are Your responsibility until they reach VESNA. Please ensure You package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. VESNA is not responsible for any items that are returned to it in error.
The original shipping charges are not refundable, however if You are exchanging for an alternative item(s), You will not be charged postage for the first exchange. All subsequent exchanges will be charged postage at VESNA's normal rates.
Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or credit note.
Once approved for a refund, exchange or credit note, You will be provided with a return address to send your item(s) back to our Online Warehouse. Please include your original invoice with your item(s).
Once your item(s) received, we will send You confirmation of your refund, exchange or credit note. If you purchased trough AfterPay or PayPal You will automatically be refunded into Your account.
Please note, refunds can be credited back to the original method of payment.
Should your product be faulty in any way, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may either repair or replace it for You (or if stocks are exhausted, refund You) excluding any shipping You paid.
The above policy applies to all returns from within or outside Australia.
In the unlikely event you wish to return your order to us from outside Australia, You must send it back via a tracked postage service (which can be monitored online), international returns to VESNA fall to the expense of the customer regardless of the reason for the return. Without a verifiable tracking number, You accept full risk of the item not reaching us. We can't do anything if the Product is not received by us.
